 Participation in Technical Trade Show
ICC 2009 will have a technical and commercial exhibition in trade show format, made up of booths at the conference venue (Military School). At this area, organisations can station their own personnel, provide information about their products and services, and set up their publicity or exhibition elements. There are two ways to enter the technical/commercial booths area; the first is to sponsor ICC 2009 in one of the conference sponsor categories (platimum, gold, silver and bronze) and the second is to hire a booth paying a standard charge. Business organisaiotns and institutions that intend to participate in the techncial and comercial trade show are recommended to additionally consider the option of sponsoring the conference, as this would bring more benefits, and position their commercial image at the world's main cartographic event (see sponsorship). |
